This website is operated by DREWS Financial Advisory, 2639 Erie Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45208, trading as Freshly Painted Pros ("we", "us"). By using this site or submitting the quote form, you accept these terms.
We are an introduction service. We take the details of your painting project and pass them to a painting contractor in your area so that they can contact you and give you a quote.
We are not a painting contractor. We do not carry out painting work, we do not employ or supervise the painters we introduce, and we are not a party to any contract you enter into with one. Any agreement about the work, the price, the schedule and the warranty is between you and the contractor directly.
Submitting the quote form is free and does not commit you to booking any work. It is a request for a painting contractor to contact you. We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available in your area, that they will contact you within any particular time, or that they will quote for your project.
You confirm that the information you give us is accurate, that you are the owner of the property or authorised to arrange work on it, and that you are at least 18 years old.
Using this site and requesting a quote costs you nothing. The painting contractor pays us for the introduction. Any price for the painting work itself is set by the contractor and agreed between you and them — we do not set it, approve it or hold it.
Never make a payment for painting work through this website. We do not collect payment for painting work.
The contractor is an independent business responsible for its own licensing, insurance, workmanship, staff, safety and compliance with the law. We do not warrant or guarantee the quality, timeliness, pricing or safety of any work carried out, and we are not responsible for any act or omission of a contractor.
We encourage you to do what you would with any trade: confirm their licence and insurance, get the quote in writing, and be clear about what is included before work starts.
If something goes wrong with the work, raise it with the contractor directly. You can also tell us at [email protected] — we cannot resolve a dispute between you and a contractor, but we do use that feedback when deciding who stays in our network.
By submitting the form you agree that we and the matched contractor may contact you by phone, SMS and email about your request, including by automated means. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.
You may not submit false information or another person's details without their permission, use this site to send unsolicited marketing, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape or copy the site, or interfere with its operation.
The Freshly Painted Pros name, logo, page content and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the painting work itself, from any contract between you and a contractor, or from your use of this site, including indirect or consequential loss. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to $100.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing in them limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
This site may link to pages we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when the current version was published, and continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, and the courts of Ohio have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any consumer rights you have to bring a claim where you live.
