1. Who we are

Freshly Painted Pros is a service operated by DREWS Financial Advisory, 2639 Erie Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45208. We connect homeowners and property managers who want painting work done with painting contractors in their area. We are not a painting contractor. We do not carry out painting work, and we do not employ or supervise the painters we introduce you to.

This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions about it go to [email protected].

2. Information we collect

When you request a quote on this site, we collect the answers you give us:

• What you need painted (interior, exterior, cabinets, or a full repaint)
• The size of the property
• When you would like the work done
• Whether you are the homeowner, the landlord, or asking on the owner's behalf
• The property address or suburb and the ZIP code
• Your name, email address and phone number

We also receive basic technical information that your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the date and time of your visit. If you reach this page from an advertisement, our advertising platform may tell us which campaign you came from.

3. How we use your information

• To match your project with a painting contractor who works in your area and takes on that kind of work
• To pass your request to that contractor so they can contact you and prepare a quote
• To contact you about your request and confirm the details
• To keep records, meet our legal and tax obligations, and prevent misuse of the service

4. Who we share it with

The point of this service is that your details are passed to a painting contractor. When you submit the quote form, we share the project details and your contact details with one or more painting contractors in our network so they can contact you directly about your job. That contractor is an independent business and becomes responsible for the information once we pass it on, under their own privacy policy.

We also share information with the service providers who help us run this business — our CRM and marketing platform, our form and webhook providers, our email and messaging providers, our advertising platforms, and our hosting provider — and only to the extent they need it to provide those services to us. Some of these providers process information outside your country.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Beyond this, we do not sell your personal information.

5. Text messages and calls

By submitting the quote form and providing your phone number, you agree that we and the painting contractor we match you with may contact you by phone call and SMS text message about your request, including by automated means. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and requesting a quote does not commit you to booking any work.

Mobile information collected for the purpose of SMS consent will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes the matched painting contractor described in Section 4 and the service providers who help us deliver the messages.

6. Email

If you give us your email address, we may use it to follow up on your request and to send you related information about your project. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop messages about a request you have already made.

7. Cookies and external resources

This page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google and discloses connection information such as your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy. Our website and advertising platforms may also set cookies or similar technologies to measure advertising performance and to remember your session.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we are dealing with it, and afterwards for as long as we need it for our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through the quote form. A painting contractor should never ask you for payment through this website.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit or object to how we use it, or to withdraw a consent you have given. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

If your details have already been passed to a painting contractor, you will need to contact that contractor directly about the information they hold, since they control it from that point.

11. Children

This service is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service and the providers we use change. The effective date at the top shows when the current version was published.
